My favourite of the stories was Maureen Johnson’s. In my opinion, that would be the perfect place to be stuck during a snow storm, and it was so entertaining to see everyone’s reactions to the storm.
It is so interesting to see how each character ends up stopping there, especially John Green’s interpretation, a race to the restaurant. The original setting that appears in all three of the stories is a Waffle House restaurant. The recurring Waffle House setting and the descriptions of staying cozy during a winter storm are wonderful.
